Dvx100a grainy picture

Hey ive had my dvx100a for a couple months now and Ive become pretty comfortable with it. But theres one thing that i cant fix and thats the semi grainy/noisy picture ive done everything to try to get rid of it. Ive looked at alot of threads regarding this but nothing has really worked. In all of my footage i have the gain all the way down to 0 but there are still traces of it. Hi Patt, when you do the output of your footage from your editing programm, do you always uprizzed it in 720p? Because, doing so can increase the grain there is it the footage. Also, if you do color correction, it can increase the grain too. Meaby it's not the cam, but in the editing process.
 
The gain isnt coming from somewhere in the editing process because you can still see some gain on the lcd when the camera is on, and nothing is color corrected in that clip. I did film one clip that came out perfectly with gain but I had no idea what my settings where because that was a couple weeks after I got the camera.
