[ronik15]

Is it possible to use the DVX100a as a webcam?

[Policar]

Definitely. I've used it for video conferncing (in iChat) before and it works great.

[ronik15]

[Trent_Lucid]

[Trent_Lucid]

[ronik15]

With the dvx, firewire and MSN only? No driver? Don't know why but it doesn't work for me.

[Trent_Lucid]

yeah it worked fine... I was in an IM... clicked share a webcam and followed the steps...

[MiniMan]

Works great as a webcam here too without no drivers. Pulling rack focuses for all the people watching is really fun

I wasn't able to get it to work until I bought WebCamDV. Hmmm...
