Dvx100 settings for B&W?

Any suggestions for a high contrast, black & white image using the dvx100 (first model) ?
Can also change it in post (using fcp), but even when shooting in color, i will need proper settings for the camera.
Any suggestions welcome
& THX in advance.
 
You can't shoot B&W in camera. Since you want a high contrast look, I'd start by dropping the Master Pedestal a bit (-6 to -10, based on what you think looks best).
