Dvx100 Repair

hey all...

:crybaby: my DVX is having major problems, and a repair is in order. After calling panasonic HQ in ontario 4 times, and being routed to 4 different voice mails, i'm getting frusterated. I would like to talk to someone regarding this problem to see if a repair is the route, or to not even worry about it and replace this camera.
my question is:

how should i go about diagnosing and/or repairing this camera?

The DV format can only support DV25. 50Mb/s is found in the DVCpro 50 format only.

That is why the HVX200 is so awesome! DV25, DVCpro 50, DVCpro HD (100). :)

Panasonic hit the nail on the head when they made this camera!

The DVX100 has been used in many films and goes to show that DV25 has done a great job keeping up with the film industry.
