I've owned this 100A for years, and have shot on many others, and never thought it was actually an option, to be able to reset user hours back to zero, but it's apparently happened somehow on my cam. I'd like to sell soon, with honesty, so I feel pretty foolish not being able to show someone how many hours are on it. Am I missing something? Is there a way to retrieve this information? Thanks very much.

Just tell whoever's looking to buy it that the meter isn't accurate and estimate as honestly as you can how many it should read.

If it's anything like other computerized systems there would be a clock battery somewhere inside, if that dies for good it wouldn't be able to keep a clock reading active. Which means it's gone, and if that's the case it probably won't go up again. So just do your best.
