DVX100 Heads Cleaned but still has Artifacts

Hey Guys. I just had the heads professionally cleaned because I was experiencing footage on my dvx100 that had some small artifacting etc. I assumed that the problem was fixed after a short test. I soon after sold the camera and I have recieved an email saying about once every 5 minutes it is getting some digital drop outs in the tape artifacting etc. I have postd a video below.

What could the problem be? And what would be a good solution.
