DVX100 glitching!!!

Hey guys, whenever I record some footage and watch it back it's very glitchy!!! I'm not sure if I pressed a button or what, the glitches aren't in the same spot everytime. Could it just need a good cleaning? Will my Mack Warrenty cover this?? If so do you know the average time for this to get fixed.

could you post some grabs to help everyone see what you are talking about? is there artifacting w/ in the image or just on the lcd? sounds like it could possibly need a cleaning if the camera is new or not.
 
I got the camera on Nov. of 2004. I haven't ever dropped it. It's on both the LCD and the TV. And When I put the tape into my capture camera it's the same thing. So it's how it's recording, I am thinking i have dirty heads!!!

I totally agree, your heads are dirty. Try buying a MiniDV Tape cleaner. If that doesn't work then you might have to take it in to have it professionally cleaned.
