Up for sale is a used DVX100P from Panasonic. This camera has been professionally used, and treated well for most of its life. The camera shows wear on the top handle (paint rubs), on the outside of the flip-out monitor screen (some scuff marks), and there is small (~2mm long) mark on the front lens element (see photo below) from the removal of a stuck filter - this mark doesn't cause any noticeable difference in lens performance as far as I can tell (even in regards to lens flare in direct sunlight without the mattebox mounted, as compared to my 3 other DVX100s).
The tape heads were recently cleaned, and the camera records well without dropped frames or timecode breaks.
The camera includes the Panasonic AC/DC power cable/battery charger for 120V AC to 8.4V DC . No batteries are included in this sale.
The DVX100P has 362 hours on the meter (see photos), and it is in fully functional condition.
This is a great camera for any filmmaker on a budget who wants a solid camera. The price reflects the cosmetic condition of the camera as well as the lack of batteries, and my price is below the market price for a used DVX100.
$675 via Paypal gets this camera shipped to you! $650 cash for local pickup in the DC metro area!
Please contact me via PM or EMail if you're interested!
