The prestigious Sydney Film Festival will screen the Australian premiere of the independent film Ra Choi at the Dendy Opera Quays cinema.
Ra Choi (shot with the original Panasonic DVX100 + 16x9 adaptor) has already been touring all over the world at festivals including London, Amsterdam, Rome and more recently Houston where it won the Gold Remi Award.
The dates for the Sydney Festival screenings are Saturday June 10 at 1:15pm and Sunday June 11 at 6:00pm. Both screenings will be introduced by director / writer Michael Frank and associate producer Milli Howson who will also be participating in a Q&A afterwards with the lead cast. Michael Frank will also be speaking at the IndieVision low budget film making forum on June 22 as part of the festival’s events.
