DVX100 DC Cable missing

Hi,guys ,i just got a DVX 100 that the DC Cable that goes from the charger to the Camera is missing.I do have the charger.Can i just get the same size 1/8 female on both sides cable and plug it in to the charger and the camera ,or do i need that special one that has the battery like conector that goes in to the camera...???

You can use a cable with the DC barrel style on both ends. No need for the "paddle" connection
