DVX100 cheap or DVX100A at regular?

Re: DVX100 cheap or DVX100A at regular?

"both are excellent cameras, the closest prosumer models that resemble non-journalistic video making. For a three or four pound camera to reproduce the frame rate of film and have such lovely colors, as well as being allowed to be controlled manually, means that this camera is the closest to the filmmaker's friend that we have right now." dixit Michael

yep, i think that's why the DVX is so good and popular.
Or, you could buy the Barry Green "Signature Edition" (where's my Sharpie?) for just $3495, a savings of $5 off the Barry_S(tm) and Matthew(tm) models!  ;D
I am interested in the Sig. Edition. Do you have a discount for multiples? I'll spend some money now, but in 50 years these will be worth a lot of money!

There's currently only one, and it comes with a unique chip out of the viewfinder when I conducted some ruggedness and reliability testing (er, that means I dropped it once). So it's truly unique, one of a kind! ;D

Ok . . . for fairness sake lets have it auctioned as I can feel the tention of a feeding frenzy building up around the drooling lips of the onlooking buyers. The 100 BG special is truly a prized one (inclusive of sharpie it seems . . . BTW a sharpie for the non americanized part of the world would be a permanent marker). What is the auction starting price! Hey barry or would you rather do a poker thing as you are the Vegas Man!

I had the fortune of visting the strip two years ago. Had a great time. We were doing some tests for a pliot show called vegas in those days. Do you know any vegas bound crews?
