Dvx100 Broke Focus And Zoom Ring

i was trying to put on the Century Optics .3x death lens MKII i just got in the mail for my DVX100a that i also just got in the mail.
and i got it on, but it seemed like it was WAY to hard to get on, so i was like mhm ill try again, and as im trying to take it off, i hear a cracking noise, then AWSOME everything falls off.
so now the focus and zoom ring fall off and ****, and im super hyped on this especially since i just got it in the mail.

so what are my options here?
i contacted Video Electronics, but i know this is going to cost assloads of money.
 
Same thing happened to me on a shoot. I was filming a line with my DVX and fisheye. The talent's board hit my lens and it broke off the camera. The fisheye came off along with the focus ring. It looked like it broke through some screws that were holding it on. I put super glue on the screws that it came off of, and pressed it on till it clicked. I have not had a problem with it since. I was able to put it on till it clicked before the super glue, but it felt loose and kept coming off. With the super glue, works perfect to this day.
