DVX underwater

Aloha,
I've got the DVX, thinking of getting the Equinox Pro8 housing, its the only manufacturer still making housings for the DVX. Has anybody used the DVX underwater? Any advice for this camera or housing? Anyone looking to sell housing for the DVX? Sony really seems to have cornered the underwater market, should I go with them?

I know that Epic Camera Housings is making housings that will work with the DVX. (I know becuase I work for them :))

Hi,

I use the DVX and Equinox Pro8 for some time. When I purchased Equinox housing few years ago it was the only options. The housing quality is not as Gates, but is good enough, useful and above all cheaper than competition.

I found a few tiny gaps and I just remove himself. Although I live in Europe, support from USA is good, anything I asked I received by mail in a couple of days. The housing and DVX have carried out over 300 dives and general assessment is very good.
