DVX skate Video, Comments?

Hi,
I just finished to edit my first real skate video shot with my dvx during the summer.
I'll be happy if i can have some comments to improve on my filming/editing.Also, i put the footage on a 60i timeline because the shots were in 24p and 60(for the slow motion), is it right?

I really liked this, you've used some really nice shots, really put effort into those shots too, like climbing up onto things to get the high shots.

The grading was nice too, really worked well for a skate video. I liked the use of racking forcus too, really creative.

I'm not sure what i suggest to improve this, maybe change the font at the end to something more classier, you have a nice peice of work but that font is very cheap in my opinion. Have a look at www.dafont.com and type in a title you know you're going to use, that way you can preview your font look berfore you download it and install it.

What did you edit & grade it with FCP & Magic Bullet?

All in all great work i think, i'm a huge skateboarding fan anyways, i can watch Rodney Mullen skate for hours! :)

I didn't know Dafont.com, so when i was searching for good fonts, i had not really a lot of choices. I"m gonna use it in my next video! And yeah, i edit it with FCP and Magic bullet, it was my first project with magic bullet, and i loved working with it!
I just bought an Redock adapter M2 last month to do short films and skate videos, but i wanted to well know the DVX before using it!
Rodney is so great! I really enjoyed fully flared too!

Damn, Jaycomte, that was pretty damn good! I don't skate, I'm a BMX cat, but I know a good amount of guys that do. I also am a fan of skate videos, its just a radically different style than found in most bike videos. I really liked alot of your shots and angles, there was a really wide variety of them, too, which is always good for me. Did you color correct in post?
 
Hey man! Just wanted to let you know that I REALLY enjoyed this! I'm not a skater myself, but I love to watch skate videos, and this one was top notch! Keep up the great work!
 
Thanks! yes, I used Magic Bullet in post but some time i changed the color directly on the cam, in most of the shots in fall.
