DVX shot movie: trying to encode

I just made a film with my DVX and now I'm trying to upload it to the internet. I wish i could do it in H.264, but it looks weird coming out of my windows After Effects.

What's the next best video/audio compression for Quicktime? Sorenson 3? What audio compression?

Man, that sucks. The video is ~3min long. I just got the video to an acceptable compression level with Sorenson 3. Currently I have no compression on the audio. I exported once with audio and once without, and the uncompressed audio doubles the file size.

Is there any way to have mp3 audio in a Quicktime file?
 
Maybe Windows Media would be a better option?
But can you do a progressive download in that like you can with Quicktime? I'm not sure.
