Greetings! I'm looking for some "third-camera" shooters for live opera performances this Friday evening (11/17), Saturday afternoon (11/18), and Sunday evening (11/19).
FYI, this is an atypical opera, with quite funky music and a strong R rating - but a large and serious production with very strong credentials.
Can't really pay, but this might lead to future paid productions. Anyway, it's ideal for someone just starting out and looking to test themselves and build up their reels in a non-critical setting. You'll get credit and copies of the final DVDs (after what always turns out to be a few months of post).
Should have a DVX or DVC80 and a reasonably smooth tripod. Location in downtown LA.
Anyway, if you're interested, please contact me ASAP!
P.S., you can go to DVExpo nearby before the opera...
