Hi,
new here and solution searching...
I have a DVX100BP bought used from Adorama last October with 48 hours on it.
Everything fine until three days ago (two days after warranty expired): The servo zoom stopped working. The motor didn't give any sign of life.
Until this morning when I discovered that it works almost fine if you give it a slight push.
It doesn't work good though if you use it very slowly. In this case it stops working altogether.
The night before it stopped working I used it to capture a theatrical play, with slow zooming all night long and no problems at all.
I wonder if anyone has experienced something like this and what is an expense for fix it.
