DVX "Scene 6" & FCP Sequence Settings

Okay... I'm very confused and getting errors I've never received before.

I suppose I'm just searching for the RIGHT way to capture.
I've shot footage in Scene 6 with a NTSC DVX100B

What should my sequence settings be in FCP?
Also, is Scene 6 Drop Frame or Non? I'm getting errors here.

I tried to read some threads on this, but my mind is in a blur. I know it's probably quite simple, doesn't change the fact that I'm lost.....
