I've been unable to burn a 40 min movie. Get error messages or just freezes. The footage is all 24P. I went back to Barry Greens book and realized I'm not putting tails or color bar footage on the end of each shoot. Perhaps the new recording is not finding the tail of the 2:3 pulldown.
I've got a 40 min AVI file that just won't burn to DVD. Could this be the cause.?

Additional question: I'm using Premier Pro. I was importing many 24P clips in the timeline, editing, and then exporting an AVI file. No luck burning a DVD. Should I have made an AVI file of each clip and then imported them into the timeline?
I figured out what I was doing wrong. I was putting a 24P clip on the timeline and then importing some black video. Then another 24P clip, more black video, etc. The timeline was therfore 24P.60i, 24P, 60i, etc. The AVI file exported of this would not burn. What a dummy!
