dvx rebate/special price

first question is does anybody know about how long it takes to get the 200 buck rebate back when you purchase a dvx100b, and my other question is to get the special evs price of 3420 it says you gotta be a dvx member... since i am posting on this board i am obviously a member so i am entitled to the special price right? or is it some secret cult that i am not in yet? thanks for your response

just reading around a little bit and i read that barry greens book is also included. it didnt' state that on the evs site so do i need to mention it or will it just be a nice surprise that i get
 
If you order from EVS, or any authorized US reseller, it'll automatically be in the box. To qualify for the EVS DVXUser discount you should call them and ask to speak to Rush, and mention DVXUser.
