Hey,
i'm going to shoot a no budget MusicVid in late septembre and i have two options for the cam:
1. Dsr135: betacamstyle Sony ENG DVCAM with 2/3 IT ccds(no 16:9)
2. Dvx100a
3. i can get both for free...
I'm only concerned about IMAGE QUALITY here: is it better to use the pro cam (which i'm used to...) and to deinterlace in post, or to use the 25p native progressive image recording abbilities of the DVX to get the look i want?
i will do most of the scenes out in the forest, so there`ll be a lot of detail to record...
