DVX on big screen

Hi DVXers,

Just wondering of how the DVX will look on big screen.
Anyone who experienced this?
Shall I use another camera(format)?
Will it look cheap and crapy?

Hope not!!!
Thanks guys

It doesn't look that bad, much better than you'd expect... but it's still apparent that it's dv. Are you planning on playing it digitally or printing to film? I've only actually seen the digitally projected version. I'm guessing film isn't that much different.

I'm thinking of printing to film. But as you are saying. I don't think that it would make such a difference.
Thanks for writing

From what I have seen/heard the DVX performs well. You do ask though should you use another camera. The answer to that is if you want your output on a big screen, and you have the budget. The HVX200 will give you a much better blow up.
Ill add that for less (depending on where you live) the JVCHD100 will do a great job.
