lol..i thought i noticed it on there too.. but i watch it cause it like the show. i make a point to watch it. i like laughing at the stupid people, and listening to the good people. and yes.. my daughter makes me dance with her somtimes.. oh well .. i cant say that life has any greater rewards than doing just that somtimes.

simon is awsome.. hes just brutally honest, and all those kids just cant stand to hear the truth . its just such a great picture of the self inflated heads of today's youth. they just dont get the fact that they are not the almighty, praiseworthy and inveunrable demi gods they think they are..

It's the fact that they're constantly fed the lie that "they can make anyone sound good in the studio", etc... and then think that when they get in front of industry reps they'll say "you've got something special under there we can work with"... even though they are hopelessly pathetic. Sure, there is a bit of studio magic, but "you can't polish a turd"...

Speaking of which, first it was Kareoke, now it's tools like fruitloops etc, where has all the original talent gone, where music was actually played versus dancers and simulation as bullshit.

You know what I hate? The ****ing Grammy's.
I like an artist who actually writes their own music. I like an artist who actually writes and composes and can play the ****ing instrument.
I mean, they give a ****ing award to a bunch of Milly Vanilli mutha ****as.
All this crap, totally produced by some dude in a studio and some dance composers.
I wish there was a music awards show for actual musicians and not Britney Spears.

Simon once justified his harsh honesty by explaining how if he were to sugar coat his judgement, the contestants would actually think they have a chance at becoming famous.... which they clearly wouldn't. I really do think that's justified... I mean, what if some of these baaaad singers were to spend time and money trying to make it big?

I think alot of wannabe's slipped thru the net in the 70's 80's - now they have to work much much harder to even get heard - let alone get a record deal.
No matter how many fools that turn up - they all got gut's for having a go.Alot of artist's & band's that I know, went thru years of working 9 to 5 job's without even realising thier own talent.It was when they actualy tried - that they found out they had a knack for making music or had a voice & of course - some that found out they were pretty crap also ;D.

In my case the bollocks is short for the "dog's bollocks" meaning "nutz" or "testicles"
"the dogs nutz" is like "the golden prize" or the best - well you know what I mean - I'll shut up now ;D
