DVX manual help with the HVX?

I just bought Mr. Green's book and video and wonder if anyone understanding both cameras know will reading it help me with operating (understanding) an HVX? At least to some degree?

So some degree yes, having used the HVX most of the buttons functions are in the same place as the DVX, and the menus are in the same format. There are a number of components that arent there such as recording modes on the HVX.
