I doubt anyone will be able to help, but who knows...
A while back my DVX fell off of a tripod and I had to get it's entire Lens Assembly replaced, a $600 part. I took it to a repair shop and got it back, $1000 later.
This is my fault for not doing a thorough inspection, but I've noticed now that whenever I zoom in to focus on a subject - IT GOES OUT OF FOCUS WHEN I ZOOM OUT. If I want to get something distant into focus for a wide shot, I almost have to put the camera onto Macro focus.
that and my on board mic is no longer functional, but that's a different story all together. Any suggestions appreciated, thanks.
