DVX Lens add-on Question

I recently purchased some Digital Concepts add-on lenses from DbRoth in hopes of adding a bit of versatility to my dvx100 with shelling out a fortune. I picked up three lenses: A 2x telephoto lens, a .45 wide, and a fish eye lens. Using the appropriate step rings, I was able to get them on the camera but am having horrible results. For example, when zooming in fully on the dvx and mounting the telephoto, I get images that result like so:

The other horiible aspect is vignetting. When using the fisheye or wide angle, the internal casing of the lenses is visible. Killing more than half of my image. Is there some setting on the dvx that I am being oblivious to or was I falsely advertised to that these lenses would be compatible with the DVX100?

Any thoughts or comments would be greatly appreciated.

Yep.

Cheap junk. We've been complaining about that cheap junk here for years, but people keep getting suckered in by the cheap prices.

It's junk. Take it back to where you got it. And throw it at them.

Century Precision Optics is the way to go. It's expensive but it's excellent. If you're patient, you can wait for a good used deal in the Marketplace. Also, check B&H's used lens pages.

The cheap stuff will help you get some bizarre results. But if you want quality it's gonna cost. This from the proud owner of a wide angle paperweight.
