Does the DVX have image stabilization, cause when i pan slowly and than stop, its kind of like the image on the lcd, slightly shifts back in the opposite direction although the tripod head is not visible mowing anymore????
 
Yes, it has OIS.
But, when you're panning you shouldn't have it on because it's going to fight itself with the pan, hence the "jerkiness"
If you're on a tripod there is no need for the OIS.

FYI- The OIS button is behind the LCD.
