This is an internet ad that I just finished for jones soda. The only light is the cell phone in the beginning. Then two balance construction lights.

critiques (sp) wanted, Cause this is a rough.

def like the concept. if u could makethe blacks in the dark shots blacker then that would be better. even though u used the cell phone , maybe u could have cheated it by using a brighter blue light(or watever colur the phone happens to display) on his face. maybe in shots where u see the phone from the back u cud get a small bright led taped to the phone's front. I shot sumthing in the dark with master ped way down to like -13 and it came out beautifully black and i used a flashlight, and in some shots a kerosene lamp ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SEtM7qUb_pg) on my face and lit really nicely. But i imagine if u make ur balcks blacker in post now u'll lose the guy in the darkness cuz of the weaker light? (i duno)

Other than blacks looking grey i liked it. liked the editing with all the flavours and the burp at the end lol.

Pretty good. I agree with jambredz. Also I would maybe cut the scenes of him walking through the hallway, maybe go from darkness and a quick shot of walking to the fridge directly.

Since you say this is an internet ad, I believe cutting to the point would help keep length down while preserving the message, since any internet ad longer than twenty seconds is just annoying. Thats my personal take on the matter.

Jambredz thanks dude, I am totally gonna darken it. Probably upping the contrast in premiere would do it, yea. Stocks, yo I had the most trouble cutting it down, I think I am just going to make him appear at the fridge and drop the door shots.
