dvx- break in cadence

i directed a scene from Edward Scissorhands tonight and just went to log my footage. I was told DV NTSC 48 KHz Advanced (2:3:3:2) Pull Down Removal was the right Capture/Input for shooting 24PA.

I encountered a timecode break in my footage and then it stopped, giving me an error message that read something along the lines of break in cadence.


any ideas?

You can go to capture options and allot it to keep capturing even after this happens. I get similar problems with 2:3:3:2 but i unchecked a box in capture settings allowing it to keep capturing anyway
