DVX Book with a DVC30

Hello. I have the dvc30 camera and I was wondering how useful would this book be for me. I know the sections that cover the actual camera would be of no god. But what about in camera settings. IS there much written on standard 60i shooting or 30 "Frame" mode? i'm nto new to video or shooting so I know exposure and DOF but i have no idea about the gama settings an d skin detial and the other adjustable settings on the Panny cameras.

I don't know -- I haven't spent any time with the DVC30, so I don't know how much of the DVX Book material would be applicable...
