To all that have battery orders...
First, many international orders have been returned??? Returns will be shipped out today, express!!!
Second, some seem to be lost in route(or just taking longer)? Sometime batteries are just sitting at the post office.. I will be mailing extra orders out today, and if you receive two orders, please return the extra to us
Third, my mailing program is haywire, and so is my apple notebook
No worries, repair is happening now!!! ( i was unable to send emails a for few days... )
And last, we have moved, which isn't just a house, both Jarred and I work out of the house and have TONS of equipment!!! ( I had to move myself, Jarred was working...) a couple orders have went out a few days late... so sorry. But, as Jarred said, we are not a factory, we do our very best. We are totally moved, and my programs are being fixed right now... Everything should be a set today!
