DVX and Some Baseball

This is something I shot last night at my brother's baseball game. We had some beautiful weather here in DC yesterday. Anyway, it's short and snappy.

Right Click (17mb)

The snap zooms were just me re framing, but they ended up making it a bit more lively. And they must do something about that fence...

nice work. i really like the changes of speed.. the slow-motion of the pitcher looked really great. overall i think it was an enjoyable, short piece that worked well.

Thanks.

And Zim, I unfortunately cannot tell you what is wrong. It works on my end perfectly. What browser/system are you running?

Right click and download the file, you need to change the extension of the file to just mp4.

The problem is that it says Baseball.mp4.txt, so you need to erase the txt part.

Also that video was pretty nice, I loved the opening shot, it truly is an amazing Camcorder.

I liked it! It was very fast paced, which didn't leave me bored. That's always good. I could see this for an opening for a movie.
Gotta love Virginia, too.
:]

Nice work. Thanks for samples of variable frame rates. The 60fps was worth the price of the camera alone.

Was this shot in 24P/30P or 60i? This footage looks fantastic. You really did a nice job with this.
