DVX Accessory Kits

So I posted this in the OT Cafe before realizing this section existed and didn't get many results so I figured I'd paste it in here and see what kind of responses I get.

Hey guys. I was wondering if any of you guys knew where to go to look at DVX100 accessory kits? I've checked B&H as well as ebay and most of the accessory kits are bundled with a camera but I'm getting the camera from NewEgg for $2399 but they don't have any accessories worth buying.

I'm in film school at the moment and plan to use the camera to make short films for school as well as complete school projects. I also plan to use the camera for capturing action sports (drifting, snow/skateboarding, etc).

I have about $4000 budgeted for this and the only accessories I know I'm getting is the DVXUser battery and a 3pc filter kit. I'd like to get a shotgun mic but it's not required. Any suggestions?

I also planned on getting a CB105 from ebay. It's a shoulder mount thats counter balanced. anyone ever use it? any opinions on it?

any suggestions on a tripod? I have a cheap one i picked up at best buy when i worked there but its too jumpy and shaky for video. works great for photography.
