DVX 5600 battery buglging slightly at sides ?

Just wondering if this is common or something I should be worried about. ? I have just noticed a slight bulge in the casing on two of my batteries. I have them less than a year and probably recharged them a half dozen times as I have six batterys and use a cinepower XLR battery for most static work. Any suggestions please ?
 
Definitely do not used a cracked battery. You could have an issue with any electrolitic capacitors so there is a problem with the battery.
 
The MOMENT a battery begins to change shape, send it back to who you bought it from, ASAP. This is a dangerous situation, no matter how small the battery is.
