DVX 200A - Using Footage-File Converters - Pavtube MTS/M2TS Converter for Mac ?

Hi Gang

I'm an older dog using FCP7 within Snow Leopard. Also have years experience editing SD with an AG‑DVX100B using FC6. Just acquired a mint condition DVX 200A. Would like to possibly pay for some tutoring and 'Jump Start' trying to extract/unwrap footage from the 200A bringing it into my old Mac Pro Desktop using FC7. Once I get the hang of it, (settings etc), I should be able to edit as before?

Can anyone recommend 'Pavtube MTS/M2TS Converter' for Mac? Is it relatively easy to use?

Thanx Vardalos but this program is not compatible with 10.6.8 Snow Leopard. I need to stay right here in this particular OS as I have other software only compatible with Snow Leopard. Is there anyone out here who can recommend a file converter that doesn't contain malware so I can convert MTS files to use inFC7?

You could try Media Converter. I've had audio sync issues with MTS files from a Sony SR-11 when converting multiple files at once. Converting one file at a time seems to work without issue.

Thanx Guys! I actually use Wondershare (for Windows) and also use Streamclip on my Macs all the time. I'm just not sure if Streamclip has the same HD capabilities as other MTS converters?
