DVX 100b VS the Sony FX1

Hey everyone,
I've been hearing this debate among filmmakers on which camera is better for independent filmmaking, the 100b or the Sony FX1. I have neither, although I will be getting the 100b soon. My question is, what is the real difference besides the obvious hdv on the sony and panny's 24p? Lot's of people are saying to 'jump on the hi-def' bandwagon as it's 'the future.' I shot some footage with a 100a yesterday and it was beautiful. Maybe it's a matter of taste? In a perfect world, I know the true answer, the 200! But, it's too steep for a struggling filmmaker right now. Thanks!

Please use the search option to find another post similar to this. I've replied to a post like this to many times.

Which matters to you most tru 24p, or HD?

Being a filmmaker I'd say 24p. But, which format transfers to film and the screen better? Don't get me wrong I LOVE the panasonic and like I said I'm getting one within the next week or so, I just had a few questions for the people here that have much experience....Thanks.

MYFRIENDIMAGE,
Could you give the 'keywords' to search for the topic as I could not find it. Thanks!

I dont know just search up DVX vs. FX1 or something. I always see these a million times. In my opinion cf25 1080i transfered to film would look better than SD 24p to film. But Im sure just in saying that I will get backlash.

fx1 beats the dvx only in the fact it has hi res hd and native 16x9, everywhere else it falls short of the dvx. 24p, low light, features and functions, layout, etc etc.
