DVX 100b Timcode issue for 24P

I just bought my new DVX 100B camera. I was wondering about the timecode while shooting in 24p Advanced. Shouldn't the timecode only show 24 frames on playback? I'm still getting 30 on playback.

Did you get Barry's book? 24p still records at 30 frames. It's also explained here.
