Hey, guys.
I bought this with lofty intentions of making a film and it just never panned out. There's a total of 8 hours on the heads, all of which were shot inside and then placed directly back in the bag.
The camera was always treated with the utmost care. The battery was discharged before storage and never left in camera when not in use. All tapes used were the same type and brand and never left in camera when not filming. Never used for capture and only used once for playback (for about 30 secs) in order to make a short video to prove that it's in working condition. All the original manuals, packing materials, inserts, and boxes are included. All accessories (other than the charger and battery) are unused.
Also included is B + W UV filter which was placed on the lens the second it came out of the original box. In fact, I actually waited two days before even opening it, as I had to order the filter from another retailer and a Kata CC-193 bag.
Other extras include a DVX book, firewire cable, and all the remaining unused tapes.
The camera is mint. The only thing that could be considered a defect are the marking on the ridges of the lens hood (see pic), but it came directly from the factory like that. I always assumed it was "normal"...?
Camera will be packed in it's original box and then placed inside a second box for shipping. If for any reason I can't find a big enough box or if packing everything together compromises the safety of the camera, the bag and other accessories will be shipped separately.
Asking $1200 shipped within the US (lower 48). Payment via paypal "gift" or buyer pays fees.
Thanks.
Mods: I attempted to delete the extra pictures, but I honestly cannot figure out how to do so, sorry. The 5 I'd like to keep are directly under this text.
