SOLD SOLD I'm the original owner and have done nothing but love this camera. I only ever used Panasonic Master series Mini-DV tapes in it. I didn't use it as a deck. No scratches on the lense (always had a UV filter). Comes with charger, battery (I'll throw in an extra battery that doesn't seem to be holding a full charge), one extra long life battery (all batteries are Panasonic, not knockoffs), AC adapter, lens cap, shotgun mic holder. Tons of stuff has been shot on this camera--I myself have shot docs, commercials, lots of viral work, and even parts of a feature with it. Features shot with this camera have been in Sundance numerous times, and have even been picked up for theatrical distribution (yep--they blew this up to 35mm and projected it). Has a great timelapse feature--has a firewire out for use with firestore storage devices. Less than 250 hours on the head (and they're rated for 1000-2000 hrs of use). It's got that great Panasonic look (including their numerous programmable gamma curves, including the cinema preset), programmable zoom speeds, option to shoot in 4:3 or 16:9, and can shoot 24P for a real true film feel. Compatible with loads of 35mm DOF adapters, and honestly this thing shoots better in low light than the JVC HM100 that I shot last weekend. I'll throw in a Hoodman viewfinder shade for outdoors use.
