I'm selling my DVX100a for $1000. I bought it used 2 years ago and haven't gotten enough use out of it. The last user and myself have always had a UV filter over the lens. It has 198 hours on it. The one problem with the camera is that the firewire port doesn't work. I use a JVC mini dv camera to capture the footage and I will include that for free with the purchase. All so the casing on the factory battery has come off and I have had to glue it back on. Besides that battery I will include an extra 3 hr battery that has no faults. I don't have the original charger and have been using one that I purchased off ebay.
I realize that this is kind of a hodge podge of things but I've bought the camera used and those are the work arounds I've come up with. Please Pm or email me at bradley@walrusbear.com with any questions. Thank you for looking.
