DVX 100 setting for shooting a computer screen

I did a search in old fourms, but had no luck. What is the setting to avoid screen roll when shooting a computer monitor?

play with ur syncro scan, until ur monitor looks right

Set the monitor you are shooting to a 60 Hertz refresh rate.

TheComo (surprisingly enough) is right on this one, somewhere in the DVX menu (and I apologize for that vagueness, but I don't have one handy to look it up) is a setting called Synchro Scan, and what I've done before is just point the camera at the monitor and adjust that setting until the flicker goes away.

Thanks for the advice. However, I found the syncro scan mode. I scrolled all the way through it, and still had no luck getting rid of the flicker. Any suggestions?

Yup 60hz is what you want.
I shoot at a game center and we used to have crts, so happy we switched over to lcds.

I find you'll get better sync at 75 Hz.
