DVX 100 Camera Issue

Hey all, my second DVX has about 800 hours on it, and I seem to have been having this issue with the LCD screen and how the image looks on my TV. I never really saw this problem before, but it's where whenever I watch it on the TV or LCD flip screen, I see this grain or fuzz (and I shot the film with Low Grain) so I'm trying to figure out if it's on the video or if it's just a camera setting which mean I'd have to sell this camera (so that means I'm selling two cameras)... I'm planning on getting a DVX100B and I wanted to know if anyone has had this problem with DVX after using it for nearly 800 hours, does it wear out the internal part of the camera to the point where it makes images fuzzy or grainy looking? I didn't notice this back in January, but now I notice it now. Nearly everything I shoot now has grain on it. What can it be?

Also, whenever I look into the viewfinder eye piece it shows no grain, but when I look on the TV, the LCD screen and the TV are indentical so maybe it's the camera that is making it look like that (as well as recording in that form since I notice it now when I shoot my video clips as well)...
