Yea i just started a new thread about getting the balance dialed in. I am still trying to get the hang of it. I like those straps the Rig came with to get those low angle type shots. I did a low angle walking shot down the sidewalk and it turned out nice.

Ok, let me see if I have this right.
I just got my DVRig Pro this morning.
I have a Libec L35 tripod system and an old Bogen 3035, with the 501 head.

The QR plate that comes with the DVRig will not fit either of these tripod systems, but, if I get the Bogen 3273 Quick Release Adapter and mount it to one of the heads, I can then use the Manfrotto 357 plate on the DVRig, and the tripod system with the QR Adapter plate attached. Am I even close? HELP........ :o

you should have jumped in on the special deal back in June that was posted here on the site...the whole rig plus some extras for $550 straight from DVtec.
