I bought DVRack at NAB (they had a great deal for the full version...$295). Only thing is, now I need a PC laptop, we are Mac based...and yes I knew it wouldn't work on a Mac.
Can you guys give me reccomendations on what laptops your using? I don't want to have to spend $1500....something around $1000 would be good....

Check out a Dell Inspiron or something. they have crazy deals on dell laptops all the time on that site. I have an 8600 1.5Ghz and it runs great w/ DV RAck... I'd also get an external HD to stream to and maybe a 60GB+ internal.
 
other than a used laptop, I bet dell is going to be one of your cheapest and best options.
