I have a shoot in 2 days and would appreciate any help I can get. Here's my problem:
The client want standard def recorded straight to hard drive. I'm using DVRack HD to record this. The format is 480i/24p. I did a few test shoots to see how it would work. When I tried to import the quicktime file into Final Cut, I get a message saying "error can not open movie". It won't let me import into Final Cut. I can't even open the file with Quicktime. Anyone have this problem before? If so, were you able to fix it and how?
I'm kinda desparate right now and would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!
