'Lighting for Film and Television' Sold
'Sound for film and Television' Sold
'VideoSyncrasies' $40
I've spent a lot of money on training videos over the years and this was easily one of the best training videos I've run across. If you are interested in Animation, Motion Graphics, or Video Editing, this is a great video to have. It uses Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Cinema 4D to illustrate the principles.

Disc is in good shape. The case is a little scruffy in this image. I have since swapped it out for a cleaner one.
