Hi. My brother gave me a couple of tapes from his vacation and i made a video for him on premiere, but when i try to put it on a dvd, using ulead or some other program, the picture becomes distorted whenever there is movement (like when the camera moves quickly left or right), but the rendered file i have from premiere is fine...ive tried different programs but none work. Im using a pc, so ne ideas? And putting it to high quality or whatever doestn work, HELP PLEASE!!
