I am getting out of the videography business and I am selling off my equipment. I have used the DVC30 for weddings, a few commerical spots, various sports and a local documentary. It has served me well and I have kept it in great shape. I originally had the DVX100, but this camera suited my needs better (zoom is longer and much more responsive and the camera is smaller and more inconspicuous) with nearly all the functionality of the DVX, minus 24p and smaller CCD's. I also will be including 5 long lasting batteries for days of shooting without the need to recharge. It has low hours and I also have the XLR adapter for those interested in it for best offer. I made a custom mattebox that is afixed the the stock hood that restricts light from entering the hood and I will post pictures as soon as I can.
Here is a link to Panasonic website for any unfamiliar with the cam: http://catalog2.panasonic.com/webap...pId=14571&modelNo=AG-DVC30&surfModel=AG-DVC30
It comes with extra batteries and all of the original accessories and the original box. ( I also have extra lenses and cases and accessories)
It functions flawlessly and does great in lowlight. It is leaps and bound better than the GL2 and is sharper than my old XL1s and even wins in lowlight. It is really an incredible camera for aspiring filmakers with a faux 30p film look with cinegamma and it has a very speedy lens for sports and many custom settings for various situations.
