DV-Tape equavalent of HMC150?/AG-HMC40 B-Cam option

Which Panasonic camera, using DV Tapes is the equivalent of the HMC150? (which I received this week) or close to it?

I'm waiting for the reviews of the Panasonic's AG-HMC40 to see if that would be a better option as a second camera.

which will be part of my decision in the future, as it is a great concern.
 
Well, the absolute closest would be the HVX200A, since it uses the same chipsets and basically the same internal processing. but it's not a DV-only camera, so that might not be what you mean.

So the other one that would come closest would be the DVX100B.
