Just downloaded the trial of this excellent program and have been playing with it for the last couple of hours. Really is a must have piece of kit.
Now the bad news, at leat for me. I purchased a brand new laptop nly 3 months ago. The Qosmio F20 153. Nice bit of kit. But unfortunately its not powerful enough for the Dv Rack 2.0 HD. Its a 1.73 GHz with 512 MB ram. Ram isn't the problem but the processor speed is. DV Rack seems to work OK until you capture. It didn't really. I got garbled or corrupt MOV's. Playback was a complete no no.
DV Rack2.0SD works fine, with playback and capture working perfectly.
So now I need to go buy a much more powerful laptop, and this brand new one ( still got the plasic coat over the lid of the laptop) goes onto ebay.
Gutted.
